Free Tote Bag/Coupons from Rivertown Crossings PLUS $20 Mall GC when you donate food
Over the next ten days they have many special events planned. The one that caught my eye was a free tote bag and $20 GC to the mall. Yes, I said free!! Here is how it works.

Go to the Mall Offices by Panera Bread between 8-5 Mon-Fri to pick up your free mall tote bag. Inside you will find many coupons for stores in the mall. A few select bags will even have a $10 mall gc inside!

Then on Friday, November 6 take your tote bag filled with canned and/or non-perishable food items to the food court area between 10-5 and receive a free $20 gift card to the mall.

I asked the lady at the mall offices how likely it would be that I would get a $20 GC if I bought my tote back filled with food. She said that they have 1000 tote bags and 1000 gift cards. So...if you get a tote bag you should get a gift card too!

Please note that quantities are limited to 1000 for the tote bags. Also note that you have to bring your tote bag back to get the gift card and the food can only be brought in on the 6th from 10-5. All donations will benefit ACCESS of West Michigan.

As all of us are gearing up for holiday shopping, who wouldn't like $20 of free money to the mall? Because you know we all have extra food in our pantries anyway!

On a side note, if you plan to purchase mall gift cards for people this holiday season I found out that they can only be purchased at the mall offices and only during daily business hours.

If you are making a special trip for this call first to be sure there are still some left!

hey we went in on monday and they were gone

but with 5 cupons from a Q book my oldest was selling we had fun at the mall for half off everything

we ended up getting: 2 seseme chicken meals- 6.00

4 orange juliouse - 7.00
and 4 pretzles for around 7.00

all for under 20.00

boy guys my DH just called to say that we got one of the GC !!!!!

he told me that is CRAZY down there

i couldnt be there to get there as quick as we could my DH went after work :disappointed:

I just got back, I went at 9am after bringing my 8 year old to school. I waited over an hour, they started right after 10, I am so happy to get one too!!!

What a great cause and a nice reward.

My bag was filled to the brim, it was disappointing to see so many people with just one or two items in their bags for donation though for the $20. We are all hurting but I had a lot of ramin noodles which is cheap and you don't need coupons, as well as other stuff. I spose the people who had multiple bags for donation off sets that a little bit.

They also had cupcakes and celebration was giving away prizes. My 3 year old won a toy story t shirt and I won popcorn. It was fun!!

I got my GC as well, I was also down there about 9ish, It was crazy I hope that it is as good of a turn out for the food pantry as it appeared to be. Glad that MyPriceSavings.com had told me about it, I would have never known about it.

Another Successful Food Drive

Thank you to everyone who donated food and personal care items to the RiverTown Crossings Mall Food Drive on Friday, November 6. We collected over 7 tons of food! The food drive to celebrate the mall’s 10th anniversary was a huge success complete with confetti, cupcakes, and mountains of canned and boxed food items! Thanks to our generous community, we were able to stock the shelves of the local food pantries and help provide food for the holidays. What a wonderful event!
