INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground chuck (or 80/20 ground beef)
1 can (28 oz) baked beans
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
In a large nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in beans and barbecue sauce; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook on low until cheese is melted.
COOK TO 160°F
Start to finish 18 minutes
