money saving ideas on specials
I'm full of all sorts of information along with many other things (just ask my wife). Any Way I thought you like to post of your ideas on how to use the current sales to stock and save. I shop to stock and belive that is where the real savings are. This format may change because I am new at origanizing forum post but bare with me and we'll get it done.
Shop n Save has the Chicken Leg Quarters on sale the week of 9/20. Most people including my family prefer chicken breast but the love chicken Quesadias. I'll take a bag of those leg quarters Grill em and then debone and shread them. Then freeze the meat in serving size bags to use to make Quesadias. A 10 lb bag will make enough meat for quite a few meals, If you dont like Quesadias use the meat for pulled chicken sandwiches. Either way there are several meal there for around $6.00 and the dark meat of the leg quarters work well in either case. Of if you have not noticed yet I type and spell poorly, Get use to it I have.

RE: money saving ideas on specials
I have the Three Major Grocery Stores in the Saint Louis Area done at last. I'm seeing a couple of deals out there, Shop N Save has grapes for $0.98 (I think that was the price), Schnucks has Chex Mix cheap, with the holidays just around the corner I may need to pick up several bags for snacks. Chicken leg Quarters are real cheap at Shop n Save and I like the price of the pork Spare ribs at Dierbergs. Dierbergs has Green Giant Steamers for $0.75 each which is a Good price but I have picked them up at $0.20 before so I think I'll sit it out and see if they come back around cheaper. Dierbergs also has a three day sale that includes a 6 pack of Ragu Pasta Sauce for just under $6.00 which is a good price, I have a feeling that the posted coupon will not work though ($1.25/3), it will depend on how the product scans. I betting it will scan as one item rather than 6 items. You couls still get 18 bottles fot $16.50. Well time to get to work on Wags and CVS, Good shopping to all.
