Updates to Coupon Database

Over the past few days, I been working on updating the Coupon Database. It should be working better than before with all browsers. over the next few weeks I will be tweaking it more and more to be a more better experience to you here at MPS.

Also within this month I will be upgrading the software that powers our forums, I will attempt to do this during hours that will limit the downtime for most users.
