Share your favorite casserole ideas here. Casseroles are also a yummy way to use up leftovers!

Tuna Noodle Casserole
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup of Milk
2 cups frozen peas
about 24 oz of Canned Tuna (5 small cans)
4 cups hot, cooked egg noodles or any noodles of your choice.

(optional)
2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter melted

1. Stir soup, milk, peas, tuna and cooked noodles in a 3 qt casserole dish.

2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir.

3 Mix bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over tuna mixture Bake for 5 min. more.

Optional
Sometimes we leave out the bread crumbs and instead sprinkle chedder cheese over the top and bake for 5 minutes. Cheesy tuna!

You can also subsitute about 2 cups of cooked chicken instead of the tuna.
Makes 6 servings

RE: Tuna Noodle Casserole
my mom used to put crushed potato chips on top of hers...was a good way to use the end of the bag.
