Taco Twist Casserole

My family loves this one.
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3 cups corkscrew macaroni, cooked & drained
1 cup shredded colby or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

brown ground beef, drain. stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Combine with macaroni, add 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream. place in 6" x 10" baking dish.Top with remaining cheese. Bake 350 degrees fro 30 minutes. I keep extra sour cream and salsa with chips to go with.

I have never attempted a taco type casserole. This sounds very good. I will letcha know when we try it. I will be sure to make it, so simple, yet tasty.
