Q* How does the Single Check Rebates program work? Step 1:Start by Browsing rebate items online or in the Rebate Directory. You can create a printable shopping list online to take to the store with you. Step 2:Make your purchases and save your register receipt. You don't need UPC codes, and you don't have to bother with multiple forms. Step 3:Enter your receipt information online. You can enter as many receipts as you want during each program period Step 4:We verify the receipt information you entered with the store, and confirm your rebate online This way, we can be sure that you get credit for every rebate item, even if you didn't know there was a rebate on it! Step 5: Request your check online, and receive it in as little as 2 weeks. Its Really that Easy. Click Here and Get Started Today! Q* How do I request my check? In order to request your rebate check you need to sign up for the rebate program and enter all your receipts for the program period. We then verify your receipt information which takes 1 to 7 days. Once the rebate items are displayed into your account you then can request your check. You can request your check at anytime during the program period but you will only be permitted to request ONE CHECK per household or address during the program period for all eligible rebates. Please make sure you have finished shopping because rebates are available throughout the entire month. You do not have to request your check because we will do it automatically for you after the program ends. But if you have finished shopping for this months rebates and would like to request your check, you may do so by following these steps: • Step 3 on the Single Check Rebates homepage is Request Your Check. • Once you clicked on Request Your Check, the next window will show the time period of the rebate programs and the qualifying rebate amount. • Next click on "I would like my check of (dollar amount) for the (month, year) rebate period". This will bring up a screen that reminds you that you can only request your check once per rebate period. If you are ready to request your check, click on "Okay, I am ready to request my check of (dollar amount)". • Once you have clicked to request your check a confirmation message will appear stating the timeframe your check will be mailed and the check will be remitted in the form of a postcard and will not arrive in an envelope. If you have made an error entering • Store Number • Register Number • Transaction Number • Transaction Date from your receipt information please follow the steps below: If the rebate program submission or sign up date has not passed, • Go ahead and enter the receipt again in your account using the correct information click here. If the rebate program submission or sign up date has already passed, • Please resubmit your receipt information to Special Services for manual processing either by fax or mail. Rainchecks will be honored for all rebate offers during any promotional rebate period. Rainchecks must be used within 30 days of issuance to purchase the product on rebate and qualify for the rebate. Your receipt must state "Raincheck" under the participating rebate product item to qualify for rebate. Remember: • If you purchased the item on raincheck within the valid rebate dates then the rebate item will show on your account. • If you purchased the item on raincheck outside the valid rebate dates then you will need to resubmit your receipt information to Special Services for manual processing. Valid rebate date refers to the date the rebate item should have been purchased such as the entire program month or a limited time only rebate. If you have purchased the rebate item on raincheck outside of the specific dates on the website or in the directory of the rebate program then you will have to resubmit your receipt information for manual processing. Please make sure you have created your Single Checks Rebate account before you resubmit your information to Special Services. To resubmit your raincheck receipt information to Special Services you can submit either by fax or mail. For information to fax click here or mail click here . Q* What does the message mean "Please check the store number" when I enter my receipt? The reason you are receiving an error message box that reads "Please check the store number and try again" is because you may have picked the wrong store name or register receipt image to enter your receipt information. On this page you have three options to choose from Rite Aid, Brooks or Eckerd register receipt. Please look at the store name on the register receipt image to make sure you picked the correct store where you made your purchases. If you picked the incorrect store name click on Step 2 Enter Your Receipts and click on the correct store register receipt image where you made your purchase and enter your receipt again.
