Ok so I'm still pretty much a n00b to the way Meijer does things (I think I know CVS pretty well though) , but I think I came across a pretty good deal.

Fiber One bars are on sale for 1.99 (expires today)

Well, I went to Meijer this morning, bought 4 packs of the FO bars and to my surprise out popped a 2.50 ONYO Catalina. The text on the Catalina shows the deal (buy 3 get 1.50, 4=2.50, 5=3.50) as starting on 2/22, but it's printing right now.

after I went home, I read the catalina info, got some more of the printable coupons and dug up a 40/1 coupon and just returned from trip #2 today:

5 packs of Fiber One @ 1.99 each = 9.95
-.40 (Manf Coupon)
-.40 (doubled the above Q)
-.75 Printed Q
-.75 Printed Q
-.75 Printed Q
-.75 Printed Q
=6.15, and out popped a 3.50 ONYO (among various other Q's, like save $1 on $8dairy, save $1.50 on $10 frozen foods, save $5 on $50)

so for 2.65 (6.15-3.50) 5 packs of Fiber One bars.

I think that's a really good deal. What do you all think?

If it matters i'm in the Ann Arbor, MI area. The store I went to has only the carmel bars left

Great Job!! I am so happy that the fiber one catalina is printing early. I bought 8 boxes on thursday of the strawberry kind. Thanks so much for sharing you savings experience.

i only went to pick up a few items like milk, and bread, before i went i decided to check out the deals...i should have stayed home, i cant close my freezer and i need more shelves in the pantry. i spent 119.97 and saved 46.03. i should have done better but went with 3 kids and a splitting headache. i hope there are no good deals next week.i really need to stay home.

NO, I do not have a dog. But I can't see good coupons go to waste. I am sure the local humane society will love to have these. I am gonna wait until I use the other 98 coupons I have though!

i had an swesome trip today. i had a gentleman hand me a coupon for save $5.00 off of $85.00 or more. i ended up with 111.89 spent and 35.25 saved. that included 15.00 wiorth of garden supplies and seeds.
