It is frustrating. Unfortunately some coupons are regional and there is just no way to account for so many differences in value, whether or not the coupon is in your insert, etc. For example, I never, ever get Neutrogena, Aveeno or Revlon coupons in my area. If I want them I have to trade or get them from a clipping service. When I do matchups I always try to account for whether or not the coupon was regional and/or whether or not values varied. I can continue to do that if all of you like that better. IMO, there is nothing worse than getting excited about a hot deal only to open your insert and find a 25¢ coupon instead of $1 coupon you were expecting.

on a side note, i get a ton of neutrogena, aveeno and revlon. if you want i will send them to you. Smile

normally i just mail them in the coupon train i have going.

see I am not crazy...thought maybe it looked that way. But you are being told the same things. One says yes. One says no. How are we suppose to shop? LOL
The manager at my Meijer told me she is holding a meeting and she said she knows she put it in the cashier's folders when this came out and apparently no one read the paper so she is upset about that. I told her I will not force or push it onto cashiers to take them bc I know people do lots of illegal things with coupons and I don't want them to feel that they are doing something wrong. So she is fixing this issue at the Lima store. She said it could take a few weeks to get a meeting going and to let EVERYONE know.

Yes, everything you said........I have told them. And actually there is a walgreens DIRECTLY across the street from the TC meijers. Melissa is correct, I have tried everything. I know I would be allowed to use them IF and only IF I can get something in writing from them. I would LOVE you FOREVER if you got something in writing. I have tried everything I can think of.

Is Technix from TC? We have had a LOT of issues here in the past. A bunch of us couponers had to have a sit down with the store director at the TC location.......that seemed to help some of the issues thank goodness.......like using more than one mealbox coupon and so on.........couponing up here is really hard to begin with and then you have all these idiots out there committing fraud.......FRUSTRATING.
Anyways.......I would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear the conversation that took place.

Derrick is from Grand Rapids, Michigan but lives near hudsonville....

He tried to call and straighten things out for all the couponers in TC. He talked with the 2nd shift store director. The conversation went well though was rocky at the beginning. There was a lot of 'teaching" and "explaining" he needed to do and he mentioned the necessary names to get the info from "in house" all in all they are emailing and connecting to get this all straightened out for you.

He had to explain the difference between a wags catalina manufacturer coupon and the wags IVC coupons many times over. I think this is where most of the confusion lies from his viewpoint with the phone call.

She seemed to understand finally and agreed if it says MQ they will accept it. I HOPE they add it to the policy or something to make it easier for those stores that just don't get it. Though each store still reserves the right to refuse any coupon, purchase or quantity....

We owe Stephanie a promotion if she is lucky enough to get this in writing Smile

ROFL.......I'm sorry to laugh.........but those of us that live here........KNOW just how frustrating it is here trying to get them to understand the couponing stuff LOL.
I'm VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY grateful that he called our store! That was SO VERY awesome! He was probably WAY better off dealing with Rebecca than Jim.........at least that is my assumption that he got Rebecca Tinker.
See up here......unlike grand rapids.......I drive 45 minutes to ONE Meijers store. There is another Meijers store......but each one is 45 minutes away no matter which direction you go. So, we can't just go go another store.........it really STINKS.
