I have defiantly been marked as a problem couponer. Cathy came out to tell the self checkout cashier something while I was checking out. I wouldn't doubt that they phoned her.
I have done 4 orders, 4 btfe and 2 10/10. All my coupons have been fine. I did notice a nice thing though. Meijer mperks mfq have been coming off also in addition to my ip and inserts. Just be sure you ring mperks in after coupons. I can't see what my mperks were so here is a rough list. $.75/1 cheerios, multigrain I think. & there are/were $1 & $.75 IPs. $.50/2? cereal bar (golden grahms bars) & $.50/1 inserts $.50/2? toaster strudels & $.50/2 inserts $.50/2? betty crocker fruit snacks &.50/2 inserts I don't know if any others are working, nothing else matched. Eta .40/2 c. Rolls & .50/2 cres. Work also. |

i have worried about being labeled too, so i make sure my favorite cashier is there before i shop. if connie isnt there i cry...and then only the do deals i know for sure cant be questioned. like the TP deal on charmin.
did anyone do the deal on charmin? how did it go for you? MPS...ROCKS!!!!!. |

She came out when I was there yesterday too... but only because the last 3 times I have said something about my coupons not taking off the right amount. They don't give me the "we will get fired" line anymore- just dirty looks and nonsensical arguments... Yesterday, The $1/2 hormel pepperoni would only take off .95 and they tried to tell me it was b/c of the .55 MBQ and that they would be paying me... "Right, so $2 minus $1 MQ minus $.55 MBQ is paying me, and where in your math did you figure that out?" And my 10th Pillsbury sweet rolls q for .30/1 only took off .17, and I said something. You can't use it on your free item... Ummm, my free item is a cucumber, wanna try again? In the end they fixed it both times. I don't have a positive attitude when they start acting like that. Yes, it's only .05 and .26, but it adds up... On another note- the $3/3 Nabisco scanned beeplessly on the Teddy grahams cups- I was rather surprised... |

i am sorry you guys are having these problems, it really sounds like cathy doesnt have enough work to keep her busy during the day...
i wonder if she bothers the casual coupon dabber like she bothers you guys. MPS...ROCKS!!!!!. |

I imagine I come off aggressive and somewhat polite. I want what my coupon says and will argue for it. I say thank you. I will always go to the service desk if there is an issue or if I need a rain check. They always send Cathy out to deal with me anymore though. They probably see me as some crazy couponing b.
The only time I have gotten really mean was to a lady that should not be working at the customer service desk. She is a big somewhat older lady who pushes a small cart around as a walker. You want to be a B? I can be one right back. I never see her there anymore. Maybe 3 times in the last year. I haven't received a response from my email and now I imagine I wont. I bet they stopped saying they could be fired because that would have seriously gotten them in hot water if I would have taken the issue farther. That would be big news, Employees forced to commit coupon fraud or would be fired. Heck a cashier could sue them for that. |
