Free Cookie for the Kids

I just wanted to mention that Meijer gives kids a free cookie when your shopping.
My children know that they will get the free cookie after we are done shopping so long as there behavior was acceptable.

Simply Go to the bakery and ask for the FREE cookie. You don't have to wait till the end to get it, you could get one right when you walk in if you chose. I tried that once and the cookie was gone, they lost their motivation to be patient.

They usually have chocolate chip and oatmeal.

Really? I wonder if our Meijer does this....we get left out of a lot of stuff up here.....hope I don't look crazy asking for a free cookie for DD LOL

Not at all just go to the bakery and ask if they have a free cookie for kids...

They have Christmas trees with Green sprinkles right now for the kids...FREE (for the ones who behave )

They would not give my 17 year old one...and it took ALOT for him to be a good boy and hold all my coupons :-)

I remember when they did this years ago, i went up and asked for a cookie and the lady behind the counter was appalled i asked for something for free and expected to get it.

the deli use to give cheese or salami. bakery gave cookies, i had a friend that worked at the meat counte and i would ask if they gave t-bones to the kids for some reason he turned me down.
