I am pretty sure that is reg price. You may want to call the store you plan to visit first..

I heard that most people that tried this deal were told they couldn't accept the coupons. There is something about they accept printables now, but not for items that will be free. They were having too many problems with bad coupons. So supposedly you can use a printable if you still have to pay something for the item, but not if it makes it free. So if you have any problems or if the cashier tells you they are fradulent, this is probably why.
