Dumpster Diving

I hadn't been DD in such a long time, I took this winter off....it was just sooo cold!

But I went tonight for under an hour at 3-4 locations and managed to snag over 100 full coupon inserts!! Thanks so much to my kids for jumping in to grab a few that were out of reach! I did take a video of it to help people who are new at it. I hope to have it posted in the next week or two, I have to do a lot just to get it uploaded. That should be fun!! Anyway, coupons are a waiting--go get em!!

You have a DD friend here. I got last week about 10 inserts. And I found in this group 3 qs for caprisun. I ran out and was going to go on ebay. This has delayed that. I have used about $10 worth of the qs. I went yesterday and no qs. I guess I will keep in mind... some days are like this.

I do know around here the paper gators are emptied on Wednesdays. Are you in MI?

Actually the practice of raiding the dumpsters behind buildings where producers or consumers of high-tech equipment are located, with the expectation of finding discarded but still-valuable equipment to be nursed back to health in some hacker's den.

We can dumpster dive where I live. The newspaper sends people out to pick up any left overs and then they SHRED THEM!!! I have talked one guy into letting me have any leftovers and I am very thankful he does that for me. I should get him a gift card or something

I want to go DD here too, but I don't know where to begin to find locations. I've tried looking up paper gator.com, but it take me to an site that isn't it. Anyone from northern Colorado that knows a good place to DD??
