Why Wont My Coupons Print?
If you're experiencing problems printing coupons there may be a few reasons: 1. You don't have a default printer or your printer isn't ready You must have a default printer selected for your computer, and it must be a real, paper-based printer, not a virtual fax machine or file printer or PDF creator. Follow the instructions that came with your computer for setting up your printer. Also, make sure your printer is turned on, loaded with paper, has enough toner or ink, etc. If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan) please make sure the default printer is the print function, not the fax function. 2. Your operating system or browser is incompatible Coupon printing is currently supported on Windows Operating Systems Vista, XP, and 2000 when used with Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 1+ Netscape 8+, and most MSN and AOL browsers. If you are unable to print when using an MSN, AOL, or Compuserve browser, please try printing your coupon using Internet Explorer 6+. Coupon printing is currently supported on Macintosh OSX 10.3 or higher when used with Safari. Coupon printing is not supported on Linux or WebTV. Source: Coupons Inc. Close the Preferences window Source: Mozilla If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windo...ow-cookies If you are using Apple Safari http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=32467 There are occassions where you may have to add exceptions to sites. We have found this with Internet Explorer and google docs. So with this we have found that you will have to add a few sites to trusted sites. Internet Explorer > Options > Security add the following sites http://docs.google.com - this is for ad previews to work properly http://bricks.coupons.com - if having problems with bricks coupons http://mypricesavings.com - if having trouble with mypricesavings remembering your logged in http://print.coupons.com - to help with coupons.com non bricks Uncheck Secure on sites you add to the trusted that do not start with https:// Hope this helps Derrick You will have to uncheck the box that says verify https: as in this case the google doc url does not use the https:// protocol. In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure. |

RE: Coupons.com
Thanks for this info, I've done most of it already. The only thing I haven't done is the bottom part to add the secure sites. i did add the site for coupons.com, I copied and pasted it right into my secured sites. But I'll follow these instructions exactly. The printer works for every other computer site, just not Coupons.com. I'm at work, but when I get home, I'll start all over and follow these again and see if anything helps. Thanks a bunch

If you do not have Firefox you can download it from Mozilla by visiting http://getfirefox.com let me know when you get home and I will see if we can get this working Derrick In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure. |

RE: Coupons.com
Ya know, I haven't tried it in IE--I gave that worthless browser up-- so I'll have to try using it. Right now I'm working on Walgreens, so maybe tomorrow! Thanks a bunch.
