Beanless chili (toco soup)
This is more of a dump than measure.... but here goes

Ground Beef
Onion
Diced tomatoes
Chile Seasoning in the packet.
sour cream, corn chips, and cheese on the side

Brown up Ground Beef in a pan with onion. Dump in Diced tomatoes and chile seasoning.
You can make it as thick/chuncky as you would like by adding more tomatoes or juice if you like. (by using diced tomatoes they can scoop it up like salsa). Let simmer for about 30 minutes and server.

As a side note I have added celery and diced green pepper and that good also.

In your bowl top with sour cream and cheese. Then scoop with corn chips....

We have a soup day at work with 50 employees. They always request this and its always the first to go....
Enjoy
