Though I have always loved photography and the art of it, I have gotten way behind on printing my digital pictures. Instead I have just added them to a long archive on my computer awaiting my attention.
Hey life gets busy! That’s why I was thrilled for the opportunity to visit the HP Photo Center at Meijer. I have never used one of those kiosks before and was excited to do so. It was also a huge inspiration to get back to my scrap booking but it all starts with the prints.

I sat down in front of the screen and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance, I was pleased with the excellent customer service I received and the ease of use navigating all the features of the system. They really make it easy!
For some reason I always seem to get red eye in my pics, I will attribute that to the fact that my camera needs an upgrade. So anyone that needs a camera review I’m in!
Nonetheless it was with the touch of a button and it was gone. There is also a feature called photo fix that when you select it, then the pic is auto adjusted increasing overall quality. Photo fix increased the brightness, and adjusted color. This easy tool produced a flawless image instantly. You can also go step-by-step and increase or decrease brightness, contrast, colors and other helpful features making sure that your prints will turn out the best ever!

All in all a very great value, quality prints, exceptional customer service and very quick turnaround. Everything was under and hour and I had 2 large posters, 7-8x10s and a few 4x6s. I was happy to give one of the posters for a present as well as some 8x10s of the kids next to the Christmas Tree.

There is still time to create holiday gifts. They have a wide variety of borders you can add to your photos, including holiday themes. A calendar or a Flip Book would make a great Christmas gift and one that can be ready the same day! You could make a poster like I did; they are fair in price starting around $7 and they are excellent quality. I’m thinking about creating Christmas cards or photo books next year as they had many nice themes to make this easy.
